My evening didn’t go quite exactly as planned.

I didn’t have the coconut drink, but I still had my two liters of nanos and pink salts to drink at 7 pm.. Running behind here..

I didn’t detox my closet but did detox my garage!! Now there’s space

for 2 cars!

I got to my coffee enemas a bit late and was concerned that it would keep me up so I followed it with another enema which consisted of 16 oz of warm water and 1/2 tsp of pink salt.

My roasted veggies were delicious and so simple to make.

I peeled and cut (about 1″ squares) beets, squash, zucchini, onions, and brussel sprouts. Pink salt and pepper. Put it in a baking dish and into my Weber Grill along with a 4 oz portion of wild salmon.

Took my digestive enzymes, HCL and HCL activator. It makes such a huge difference in my ability to digest my foods!

I had an incredible sugar craving so I used one of my two lollipops. The first week is always the toughest. I’m already much more aware of the junk I was eating… I’m interested to see what the scale will say before i go to bed. I would love to hear your results as well. Please feel free to post any thoughts, results, suggestions on our facebook page!!

I am just about to start getting ready for bed. Here is what I plan on doing:

10 pm Prepare for bed

  1. Brush and floss teeth
  2. Take 1 probiotic and DHA capsule
  3. Medi Magma Bath in Hot water in my tub for 30 minutes
  4. Apply Sesame oil on skin after bath
  5. Take 5 drops of melatonin

Have a great night. See you in the morning!
