Open Your Creativity Chakra
Join Fitness Arts for an intention setting event January 4, 2014, 10 am – 12:00 pm.
We’ll begin the session by using sound vibration to open our second chakra, our creativity chakra. This will be followed by a short reflection on what we would like our lives to be in 2014. We will put all of our attention on this intention. “Where Attention Goes Energy Flows!”
As we cut pictures and words that appeal to us we will then assemble them on our vision boards.
The creative energy will swirl around us as we harness all that is within each of us as well as together.
