Scheid has over 25 years of experience in various disciplines of fitness and healthcare practices and holds certifications including but not limited to Clinical Exercise Specialist, Master Pilates Teacher Trainer, Master Yoga Instructor, 5th Degree Black Belt Instructor, 3x Tae Kwon Do National Champion, Body Rolling Instructor and Teacher Trainer, Body Logic Practitioner, Nutritionist, Orthopedic Acupuncture, Posturology, MAT Practitioner, Tui Na Practitioner, Chi Ne Tsang Practitioner, Vedic Master which includes certifications from Deepak Chopra for Meditation, Yoga, and Perfect Health. Scheid also completed a spiritual journey to India with Dr. David Frawley and Yogini Shambavi in March 2015. Fitness Arts has serviced clients of all ages and health profiles from simple weight loss to Olympic athletes looking to enhance their performance.
