In preparation for the Fall Cleanse, Detoxification and Rejuvenation, the first five days are dedicated to restoring strength and vitality to your body by eliminating unwanted inflammation caused by food toxicity and food allergies.

A personal commitment to managing your health and wellness is one of the most important–and positive–decisions you can make in your life. Start out on this journey and you may notice the numbers on the scale drop, fit into your jeans just in time for fall but more importantly, you will feel great–because you are eliminating inflammation in our body by cleansing, detoxifying and rejuvenating from the inside out.

You will find that you have more energy, less pain, reduced stress, sleep deeper and longer, feel refreshed when you awake… You will feel more confident, content and in control. Any great accomplishment in your life has the power to lift your spirit, making you feel confident and happy.

Just imagine how great you will feel when you achieve and maintain your own health and wellness goals. Simple changes can make big success. Think of your own health and wellness management journey as a series of single, simple daily steps toward a goal, and you can achieve victory easily and enjoyably.

The following steps will prepare you for Fitness Arts 2013 Fall Cleanse, Detoxification and Rejuvenation.

For the next 5 days, you will need to eat only foods listed on the Acceptable Food List provided. (click on the thumbnail on the right to view the acceptable foods list). The closer you adhere to the list, better results you will achieve.

Track your progress with Fitness Arts Tracking Chart (If you do not have this chart, please contact us at Fitness Arts and we will provide one for you):

1)    Weight in twice daily, upon arising and before going to bed. Journal your weight as well as any other information you want to jot down. You weight can vary naturally from day to day. Over the next several days to a week, however, such fluctuations tend to level out.

2)    Drink 4 liters of pure water daily.

3)    Take Bio-Detox Packs 3 times daily (With Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).

4)    Exercise 20-30 minutes daily. A brisk walk is sufficient.

5)    Go to bed early and sleep through the night. Try Melatonin Drops (available at Fitness Arts) if you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep.

6)    Do simple breathing exercise upon arising and before retiring. Simply take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale with your mouth open like you are going to “fog a mirror”. Repeat 10 times.

7)    Eat only approved foods from our Acceptable Food List. This means you need to go to your grocers and buy only the foods on this list. To avoid temptation, purge the junk food (anything processed in a box, can, or bag–frozen fruits and vegetables are acceptable).

a)    Stock up on lots of veggies to eat raw or cooked. It satisfies the hunger and fiber helps in detoxification and elimination.

1. Set and Achieve your goals

  • Make feeling good your main motivation: You will see real benefits you can feel in your everyday life. You will have more energy. Your clothes will fit more comfortably. You will feel more relaxed and in control. You will enjoy a true sense of victory.
  • Banish the word “diet.” The very thought of “dieting” carries all sorts of bad connotations. Long-term fad diets that focus exclusively on certain ingredients or eliminate any of the essential food groups can leave you feeling unsatisfied–or worse. Such diets can deprive your body of essential nutrients.
  • Set realistic goals: You may feel overwhelmed from time to time. Set shorter-term goals that feel achievable. Set yourself up for success. Remember that you are creating a road map to achieve your personal health goals.
  • Expect victory: A positive attitude can help you achieve victory. Know that you can do this, small step by small step, simple change by simple change. Even if you have occasional slip-ups, believe that you can and will reach your goal.

2. TELL YOUR FAMILY/FRIENDS WHAT YOU’RE UP TO AND HOW THERE SUPPORT WILL HELP YOU TO REACH YOUR GOALS

3. GO TO YOUR LOCAL GROCER OR HEALTH FOOD STORE FOR SUPPLIES

4. WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHES IN NATURAL FIBERS

5. DO NOT DEVIATE FROM THE FOOD LIST.
