It’s time to get ready for dinner. Here is what I am doing to prepare:

5:00 – 5:30 pm

  1. Wash and cut veggies that I bought earlier at Valley Produce for dinner.
  2. It’s too hot to use the oven in the house so I’ll cook them on my

    Weber Grill.

  3. Broil/grill 4 oz serving size of Wild Salmon also on my Weber Grill.

6:00 pm Dinner Time

  1. Take 2 each digestive enzymes Digest and Digestase-SP before meal
  2. Eat slowly and chew your food
  3. Take 2 each HCL and Activator after meal

7:00 pm Jasmine tea with 1 tsp of Canadian Wild Honey
