I start most of my Sundays with a Mini Liver/Gallbladder Flush. I set out my blender, olive oil, and tomato juice the night before. I set my alarm <

a>at 6 am to get to my kitchen and drink my mix. Use a straw. It’s easier that way. I go back to bed for couple of hours.

For the Liver/Gallbladder Flush, you will need:

  • 4 tbs of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of tomato juice
  • Straw

Reminder: all of these products are available at Fitness Arts. If you chose to buy olive oil from the grocery store, make sure to purchase the olive oil with the lowest acidity level possible.

A word of caution: if you eat or become too active, you will feel nauseous so go back to bed! If you absolutely can’t sleep, read or watch TV in bed and limit your activity. For more info……

8:00 am:

  1. Awake…
  2. Eye Exercises
  3. Decide who I want to ‘be’ today… Loving… Kind… Helpful… Positive… Carefree.. Maybe even a bot llazy…
  4. Exercise: 5 minutes on the rebounder, side bends for my waist line – 100 x, Hand exercises – Open/Close 100 x

8:30 am:

  1. Weigh myself
  2. Brush and floss my teeth..
  3. Take my Probiotics and DHA which sits next to my toothbrush.
  4. Step on my Foot Savers while I brush my teeth.
  5. Dress for comfort.
  6. Drink 8-12 oz of water with 1 tbs of Galactan.

Make my waters to sip all day — 4 liters

  1. Nano’s (I premix these)1 tsp each Co Q Quinol, DHLA, SNGT (Optional)2 tsp each Max Stress B, LND and GBND
  2. 1 tsp Pink Salt and Water (Electrolytes)
  3. Greens Mix Water (Vitamins and minerals)1 tsp Greens Mix Powder, 1 drop Peppermint oil (Optional)
  4. Plain pure water

Make my meal replacement shake – add to my Magic Bullet cup/container and mix . I drink about half and save the other half for a mid morning snack

  1. 5 ice cubes
  2. ½ cup of blueberries
  3. 1 cup of Organic almond milk
  4. 1 raw Organic Cage Free egg
  5. 1 tsp EFA Oil
  6. 1 tsp Flax Oil
  7. 3 drops of D3
  8. ¼ cup Brooming Powder
  9. Water to fill to top of container
  10. Take my morning supplements

Make my pH balancing drink – Mix and drink

  1. ½ tsp Coral Legend
  2. 1 oz Aloe Drink
  3. ¼ to ½ cup of Orange Juice
9:00-10:00 am
Sit outside and enjoy the beneficial rays of the sun. Best time to receive optimal benefit from the sun is between 7-10 am.
