Oh no… I over slept. Will not do my flush this morning. Good news is that I have another opportunity tomorrow morning. I’m going to meditate for 20 minutes and continue on with my day as I planned. Remember that this journey isn’t about perfection but rather the journey itself. To be in love with life and the vessel we get to experience life; our bodies! Commit to being disciplined but also be flexible. Be kind to yourself. No negative self talk today. Treat yourself and others gently.
Love and enjoy the people you are with.. Don’t waste time thinking about how life ‘should’ be. Experience today exactly as it shows up.
