You know what they say about best laid plans…

I am so glad the I took a few moments this morning to set my intention because I ended up taking my mom to the ER this morning, where we waited all day long and now she’s resting comfortably in her bed

, complaining all the way there.

My challenge was trying to take care of my mom and still have integrity with my own health. I thought about eating the pizza and banana pudding in the cafeteria but knew in the end, it would add to my stress and frustration. Instead, I bought the big veggie plate with hummus, and took 4 HCL and 2 activators (I didn’t want to host unwanted guests hanging out in my belly).

I brought along my 4 liters of fluid that salvaged the day. I drove home around 5 pm and made myself another shake. Its so filling and so satisfying. I felt good that I was still able to give my body nutrients without having to cook or clean. I’m now back in my mom’s room, watching her give all the doctors and nurses a run for their money and typing the protocols for tomorrow. Have I ever said that doctors are the worst patients?

In any case, here is my plan for tonight. Hopefully I can stick to it!

10:00 pm — Prepare for bed

  1. Make my pH balancing drink – Mix and drink
  1. Brush and floss teeth
  2. Take 1 probiotic and DHA capsule
  3. Apply Sesame oil on skin after shower
  4. Take 5 drops of melatonin
  5. Breathe, Meditate, Set my intentions
