The last week of September is called rejuvenation week because everything you eat should rejuvenate you and break your fast safely and effectively.
Ending your fast correctly is as important as the fast itself. You need to ease back into food. Add a fruit the first day off of the fast. Then some veggies preferably steamed to release the nutrients in the fiber.
Each day weigh yourself in the morning and in the evening. Your evening weight will be higher, however by next morning, your weight should be same as the day before. If you gain more than a pound, that means that something you ate the day before caused you to retain water. Jot down everything you ate and try to determine which food caused that. In October, we will be doing one day detoxes and weekend detoxes. For those of you who completed the September challenge, this will be very easy. For others who did not detox for whatever reason, this is an opportunity to start smaller and slower. I look forward to sharing this information with you and guiding you to your best health.
