Congratulations to those who completed week one and welcome to those who will join us in week 2.

The human body has an amazing natural ability to defend, repair, heal, and even rejuvenate itself. If you could look at a magnified, high-speed movie

of a cut on your skin, you would marval at the magic of it all. It automatically stops bleeding by clumping up and filling up the blood vessels where they are cut, but nowhere else. Then the skin cells on each border of the cut start to divide and bridge the gap until the whole surface is covered by skin. The cut completely vanishes leaving only a scar.

The healing process is the same under the skin, inside our bodies. When trauma occurs inside a healthy body, an automatic response is triggered that are perfectly designed to stop the insult and then repair the damage provided that the conditions necessary to complete the work is available. If they are not, the healing process fails and symptoms get worse.

The two factors that are responsible for the loss of this ability which results in chronic illness:

  1. Toxins that block cell function and chemical reactions
  2. Inadequate ingredients needed for this process to occur

The toxic overload we are exposed to in our daily lives prevent our body from healing. The air that we breathe, the water we drink and bathe with, the building we live and work in, the cosmetics we use, and the foods we eat are loaded with chemicals that alone or in combination damage our bodies. The chemicals we are prescribed actually seem to worsen the toxic burden that it’s designed to correct.

Toxicity irritates tissues, damages our own cells, and kills other cells that we host in harmony and need for our health. Toxins are often the obstacles that prevent our body’s attempts to defend itself and repair damage. Toxins further bind to useful chemicals and prevent them from doing their job. Toxic burden in the body causes the inflammatory, allergic and defense mechanisms to activate.

So then, what is lacking that is needed to repair our bodies? Vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients in our foods is the answer. All the chemicals needed for our body to function properly would be provided by nature if we respected it’s ways. Our crops and livestock’s are severely depleted of the nutrients that our bodies need to function. We irradiate them, wax them, spray pesticide on them, add preservatives and fillers in them. Thus, food lacks essential nutrients and turns out to be the biggest source of toxic chemicals. The alarming truth is that we are killing ourselves with the same chemicals we invented to make life easier.

Sounds pretty bleak… Fear not… there is an answer… CLEANSE, DETOXIFY AND REJUVENATE!

A good cleanse will turn up the intensity and effectiveness of the detoxification system. Supporting the process with the right supplements and nutrients is necessary. A good cleanse will promote the repair of the digestive system which is absolutely necessary to maintain optimal health.

Cleaning and detoxification programs have been around for thousands of years. Every ancient health care system also has a detoxification system. This system assures that the line of defense in the bodies were working properly. It is a great way to boost healing when our systems are over burdened and are beginning to show signs of stress.

Health is a state in which the body is clear of toxins, the mind is settled, emotions are happy, wastes are constantly eliminated, and organs are working effectively. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to periodically cleanse and detoxify our bodies. Modern medicine is now integrating the ancient methods of protecting and preserving the human body. We at Fitness Arts are dedicated to set the standards for a healthy detoxification program which addresses both the elimination of toxin and rejuvenate the body.

Thank you for joining us this week as it will set us up to detoxify our liver/gallbladder then to lung/large intestines in week 3.

Hopefully, everyone has taken the end of week one audit. If you have not, please complete it now.

Remember the key to success is your intention and desire. It is the foundation of and the driving force for your success! Each morning before you get out of bed, set your intention. Before bedtime, set it again.

Visualize the possibilities and feel the possibility of change. It’s exciting. Set your intention to complete the program this month. Be committed. Know why you are doing it!

  1. Envision a different you.
  2. What would it mean to you to look and feel younger, thinner, better? How would that feel?
  3. What would it mean to your family, friends, loved ones if health issues did not limit your life?
  4. Imagine the benefits of reaching your health goals as it relates to you socially, financially, spiritually and emotionally.

How would it feel to live in a state of vitality and mental clarity?
