Saturday…
The first weekend can be very challenging to keep up a detox. Weekends offer many opportunities and temptations to think that one little “_____” wont hurt. Don’t give in. Think about how fabulous you will look and feel in a few short weeks. Live backwards in time. Think how fast last month went by… last season… last year. Now think ahead a few weeks and look back. Think about how great you look and feel in real time. Think about how you got here. What steps did you take? Take the time now to imagine how you look and feel. Be proud.
- 1. When you awake in the morning make sure you have a liter of water with a teaspoon of Pink Salt on your night stand so that you can drink it ALL in the first 10 minutes.
- 2. Drink at least 3 more liters of water today. It will prevent you from craving sugars… really!!
- 3. Make a meal replacement shake with our Brooming Powder. It has all the proteins, carbs and fats in the correct ratios as well as every known vitamins and minerals for a satisfying and lasting nourishment.
- 4. Eat only fruits and veggies.
- 5. Exercise 20-30 minutes.
