New Summer Pilates Schedule
Happy Spring! Due to the launch of Forza and the Lee Kemp Documentary opening at the 2012 Olympics in London, our class schedule with 12 new classes will go into effect on June 4, 2012 just in time for summer. Get your long and lean Pilates body on! Sign up today to reserve your space. Our classes are limited to 7 students. Remember to join us for the current Pilates schedule on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at 10am and Saturday at 8am. Fitness Arts Pilates Schedule
We have group classes on the Pilates reformer and other equipment taught by certified instructors six days a week. Learn to incorporate efficient breathing and alignment for better posture, pain free movement and prepare the body for maximum toning.
Beginner/ Intermediate
Now you can transform your entire body with the spring resistance of a Reformer and a Fitness Arts workout developed especially for you by Master Instructor Trainer Mia Scheid. Designed to get maximum results in minimum time, these efficient moves on the Reformer will work all muscle groups and help you achieve a longer, leaner-looking “Pilates body.”
Advanced
Pilates advanced Reformer program will challenge even the most highly trained athlete. By increasing speed and maintaining fluidity the intensity of the workout strengthens the entire body. This is an ideal workout for personal training and performance enhancement.
