Many people suffer from chronic dehydration.
- It is essential that the water you drink is free of all impurities. It is important to have a water purifier that converts tap water into water 99.99 percent free of impurities.
- It is best if the water you drink is body temperature. The average internal body temperature is 98.6 degrees.
- It is important that the water you drink contains Pink Salt. Add one-quarter teaspoon of Pink Salt to one quart of water. Pink Salt contains many trace minerals and this allows for better absorption into the cells and the added benefit of alkalinizing the blood and lymph. Do not use commercial table salt!
- It is best to drink Pink Salt water throughout the day. Sip your water. Go slowly. Try not to drink too fast or drink too much at any one time. As your kidneys and bladder become rehydrated, their function will improve and problems in these areas will get better.
- Drink at least 16-24-32 ounces of Pink Salt water within the first hour of waking up each day. Our body in the most dehydrated and acidic in the morning. If you weigh less than 150 pounds, you can start your day with 16-24 ounces of Pink Salt water. If this seems like too much, start with a smaller amount and build up to 16-24-32 ounces.
- The amount of urine you eliminate needs to equal the amount of water you drink each day. The color of your first morning urine can be moderately yellow, but the rest of your urine for the day should be light yellow to almost clear. Dark yellow to orange colored urine is a sign of dehydration and possible kidney stagnation.
- Consume half your body weight in ounces of water. Daily hydration is very important! Your body loses 32 ounces of water each day just from breathing, sleeping and sitting. When your body is properly hydrated, everything else functions better.
- You must drink water on an empty stomach and before meals. Wait about 20-30 minutes after meals before resuming your water intake or you may dilute your digestive juices.
